1. Use

You may install and use the software on computers you own or control for personal or commercial audio work. The software is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Your audio remains yours

Audio and other work you create using the software remains yours, subject to any rights that already apply to the source material. No royalty is owed merely because you used REIN Voice.

3. Do not redistribute the software

You may keep reasonable backup copies for yourself. You may not sell, share, sublicense, rent, publish, or redistribute the software, installer, or protected distribution materials without permission.

4. Ownership

Sean Gregory and any applicable third-party licensors retain ownership of the software and its intellectual property.

5. Updates and compatibility

Operating systems, audio software, file formats, and third-party services can change. Future compatibility or updates are not guaranteed unless expressly promised.

6. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sean Gregory is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.

7. Third-party components

The software may include or be built with third-party technology. Applicable notices are supplied separately where required.
